Students currently ages 14+ are eligible for an employment certification (working papers).

 

The following documentation is required:

• Application with Section 1 completed and signed by a parent

• Evidence of Age ( birth certificate)

• Social Security

• Certificate of Physical Fitness

• Schooling record
