FGPA at Brooklyn Tech

FGPA takes part in the Future World Vision event at Brooklyn Tech. This initiative is aimed at assisting D13 middle school students, who are part of the consortium, in gaining admission to specialized high schools. The program offers SHSAT exam preparation for 40 fortunate students nominated by building principals for the SHSAT prep course. We engaged in activities related to the "majors" available at Brooklyn Tech. Participants shared their experiences in the auditorium before the entire consortium. The program focuses on STEM, and we are partnered with John Cunningham and Dr. Margarita at Brooklyn Tech. We are invited to return periodically to explore their greenhouse, environmental science lab, and robotics workshop. Students participated in creating terrariums and assembling robotic items.
