This coming Monday, November 22, Fort Greene Prep will be a vaccine site for children 5-11 years old only. Children may come with their parent or guardian between 7:30AM and 4PM to receive their first vaccination. P

1. $100 VACCINE INCENTIVE
Did you know that your child can get $100 for getting vaccinated? Better still, so can Fort Greene Prep! So if you’ve not yet had the chance to get the shot, here’s how:
•Visit the City’s Vaccine Incentive website to find a city-run vaccination center near you. Note that you must select a vaccination site that participates in the vaccine incentive program. It will say “$100 incentive available” just above the appointment button. www1.nyc.gov/site/coronavirus/vaccines/vaccine-incentives.page
•When you make your appointment, be sure to select “Fort Greene Prep Academy” as the referral source on the personal information page. Note that you must select “Yes” to the referral question to provide the drop down, which appears as follows:
•The nurses at the vaccination center will register your child to get a $100 pre-loaded bank card, either digital or mailed. Other incentives are also available.
• Fort Greene Prep Academy PTA will earn $100 for each student or community member who will declare that their child goes to FGPA.
